Pick up your cap and gown and Commencement tickets at Senior Send-off Week.
You must present your photo ID.
If someone else is picking up your cap and gown,
they will need their photo ID and a letter signed by you stating your
request. Include your student ID number in the letter.
You
will also receive a coupon for one complimentary commemorative Commencement Program. Programs will be available for pick-up at the Supply Information Counter in the UCI Bookstore beginning June 8. Bring your coupon to receive a free copy.
Additional programs may be purchased at Commencement or at the UCI
Bookstore.
At Senior Send-off Week you may also pick up your UCI Anthology yearbook, join the UCI Alumni Association and purchase UCI memorabilia.
Vendors
and service providers are available to talk with you regarding
short-term health insurance, graduate school prep courses and more.
Please note: Forgotten/lost tickets cannot be replaced. Tickets will not be available at Commencement ceremonies, and cannot be held for pickup at the ceremonies.
