Graduate Checklist

• Complete your Application for Graduation at StudentAccess by your school’s deadline.


• Schedule a Grad Check* with your academic counselor after submitting your application. *Not required for Physical Sciences.


• Make a reservation for your Senior Portrait.


• Attend GradExpo in February, hosted by UCI Bookstore. At GradExpo you can
  
  • Order your cap and gown.
  • Order your graduation announcements and invitations.
  • Join the UCI Alumni Association.
  • Buy your diploma frame and sash.
  • Order an Anthology yearbook.
  • Get the latest information on Commencement and much more!
• Visit the Career Center. Have the staff review your résumé and pick up information about graduate school and admissions tests, job fairs on campus and practice interviews.


• Reserve Commencement guest tickets beginning April 6.


• Attend Senior Send-off Week, June 1-5, 2009, at the Phineas Banning Alumni House to pick up your pre-ordered cap and gown, pre-reserved guest tickets, and Anthology yearbook.


• Arrive one hour before your Commencement ceremony to lineup, and bring pre-printed name card. Remember to give tickets to your guests PRIOR to your ceremony lineup time.
